Our Services
We provide business setup, visa, PRO, and related corporate services in the United Arab Emirates. We act as a consultancy and facilitator. We prepare, submit, and follow up on applications on behalf of our clients with the relevant UAE authorities.
No Guarantee of Outcome
All applications submitted to UAE government authorities, free zones, immigration departments, and banks are subject to the sole discretion and approval of those authorities. While we use our professional expertise to prepare and present applications correctly, we cannot and do not guarantee the approval of any license, visa, bank account, or other application. Processing times quoted are estimates based on typical experience and may vary.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation
- Provide requested documents in a timely manner
- Inform us promptly of any change in your circumstances relevant to your application
- Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations
We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or late information provided by you.
Fees and Payment
Our service fees are quoted in advance and are separate from government fees, free zone fees, and other third-party charges, which are payable in addition. Government and third-party fees are set by those authorities and are subject to change without notice.
Service fees are payable as agreed at the time of engagement. Government and third-party fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable once submitted, as these authorities do not refund them.
Refunds
Our professional service fees are refundable only where we have not commenced work on your engagement. Once work has begun or documents have been submitted to any authority, service fees are non-refundable. Government fees and third-party charges are non-refundable in all cases once paid.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information and documentation as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to deliver the services you have engaged us for, or as required by UAE law and regulation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or connected to our services is limited to the amount of professional service fees you have paid to us for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business opportunity.
We are not liable for the acts, decisions, delays, or omissions of any government authority, free zone, bank, or other third party.
